The Aaveg Graduate Management Trainee program 2022 is launched now
Taking place over 12 months, each Aaveg Graduate Management Trainee (AGMT) will get trained in eight areas across the Group's various divisions.
New Delhi, 22 June 22: In line with its AGMT Policy, on the 20 June 2022 morning, Aaveg Group inaugurated the first edition of its “Graduate Management Trainee” program. The inauguration, the first of this year, occurred in the presence of  Vivek Laroia, CEO WTi Cabs, all key management personnel of the Group’s divisions, and the Graduate Management trainees selected to participate in the Aaveg Graduate Management Trainee Program.
The AGMT program will provide an opportunity for graduates who aspire to work within the Aaveg Group to build their career paths. As well as benefit from a comprehensive and systematic 12-month educational program, including a particular track designed to enhance and develop the performance of its participants, enriching communication, problem-solving and teamwork skills.
Commenting on the end of Induction day, Ashok Vashist, CEO of Aaveg Group, said: “Aaveg Group is committed to the core values Sustainable, Robust, and Frugal; these are the key pillar of this strategy, which aims to advance emerging Aaveg talents and enable them to occupy professional and leadership positions in the mobility sector.”

Sunanda Rao, Head HR at Aaveg Group, said: “The Aaveg Graduate Management Trainee program includes training AGMTS over 12 months in six key skills, including customer relations, change management, time management, influence, leadership and emotional intelligence, across various departments of the group.”
She also pointed out that the participants will be able to gain new experiences by integrating theoretical knowledge with practical application and skills developed in the work environment. In addition, the Aaveg Graduate Management Trainee Program will also help Trainees understand their main strengths and ways to develop their leadership and competitive skills using assessment tools.Â
The Program Director Capt Joydeep Bhattacharjee said: “The program is very organized, as attention to the smallest details is taken and helps us as Aaveg graduate management trainees to grow and improve their capabilities in the world of work. This program aims to impart new skills, learn proficiency in work, and develop AGMTS to reach the highest ranks in the company”.
