There is a will, there is a way
I take pride to share that I am one of the three minds behind the conception of WTi Cabs.
To quickly recapitulate my career, I started as a secretary. My curiosity in the travel and transportation industry helped me rank through my sheer will and determination in this industry.
I stand with years of operations and sales experience under my belt with many big companies such as Malaysian Airlines and Alaska Airlines.
It is always challenging to find the right mentor when we start our entrepreneurship journey.
When I started, some mentors taught me how to focus on one thing at a time, some mentors taught me how to be a good leader, but one taught me how to value myself!
Challenging phases come and go, or humans come and go in our lives but what stays, in the end, is nothing but you. We keep on pleasing everyone around in fear of losing them every day, but no one can value you as much as you can appreciate yourself!
I know entrepreneurship is a very lonely journey, but we can be our best companions by valuing and devoting time to ourselves.
My advice to all the young women who are starting their careers to make a mark in the corporate world would also adopt these beliefs and work hard towards achieving their dreams. Once you put your mind to it, anything is possible!”
