Indian Mobility conglomerate, Aaveg has revealed it is planning to hire and onboard more than 50 fresh graduates this year.
CEO Ashok Vashist disclosed this information during a virtual employee town hall meeting conducted on 19 Feb 2022. Ashok Vashist also said that Aaveg is committed to building a sustainable talent pipeline, and that’s why they are accelerating fresher intake across three different graduate management trainee programs namely Aaveg Digital Growth, Aaveg Tech Program & Aaveg Operations trainee Program.
Ashok Vashist spoke about a structured year-long program that Aaveg has created. The Aaveg Graduate Management will offer learning and development opportunities that Aaveg will offer to fresh graduates. In addition, he revealed that the company is introducing a quarterly Performance Bonus for newcomers, including a structured career progression plan.
