Eligibility:-

These all posts are recruited from RRB NTPC Entrance Examination:-

  • Junior Clerk cum Typist
  • Commercial cum Ticket Clerk
  • Trains Clerk
  • Accounts Clerk cum Typist
  • Junior Time Keeper

Eligibility: Candidates who have passed the 12th standard from any stream with an aggregate minimum percentage of 50%.

Age Limit: 18 years – 30 years

Average Salary: Rs. 3.5 – 5.5 LPA

These all posts are recruited from RRB Group D Entrance Examination:-

  • Level I posts
  • Assistant Pointsman
  • Track Maintainer Grade IV
  • Helper/ Assistant

Eligibility: Candidates who have passed from any stream with an aggregate minimum percentage of 50%.

Age Limit: 18 years – 33 years

Average Salary: Rs. 3.5 – 5 LPA

Railway constable post is recruited from RPF Constable Examination.

Eligibility: Candidates who have passed from any stream with an aggregate minimum percentage of 50%.

Age Limit: 18 years – 25 years

Average Salary: Rs. 3.5 – 5 LPA

Assistant Loco Pilot is recruited from the RRB ALP examination.

Eligibility: Candidates must have passed their 12th standard with Physics & Mathematics as their main subjects. With an aggregate percentage of 50%.

Age Limit: 18 years – 28 years

Average Salary: Rs. 3.5 – 6 LPA

Railway Recruitment or Selection Process and Exam Syllabus For After 12th Jobs:-

Application form for Indian Railways Jobs after 12th standard is available online. Also, it must be noted that candidates can only apply to anyone Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) because there are 12 Railway Recruitment Board. Candidates have to apply online at the preferable RRB official website.

Selection Process

The railway recruitment process is generally done in 3 stages:-

  • Stage I: 1st Stage Computer Based Test (CBT)

  • Maximum Marks- 100 marks
  • Duration- 90 minutes

  • General Awareness
  • General Intelligence & Reasoning
  • Mathematics
  • Stage II: 2nd Stage Computer Based Test (CBT)

  • Maximum Marks- 120 marks
  • Duration- 90 minutes
  • Syllabus:-
  • History, Political Science, Geography
  • Economy, General Science, Sports & Events, etc.
  • Analogies, Venn Diagrams, Analytical Reasoning, Coding & Decoding, etc.
  • Number Systems, LCM, HCF, Profit & Loss, Compound Interest, Trigonometry, etc.
  • Stage III: Typing Skill Test (TST)
  • Candidates must have good typing skills. They should have proficiency Of:-
  • English- 30 words per minute
  • Hindi- 25 word per minute
  •  
  • Both without editing or spell-check tools and facilities.

If candidates clear all three stages, they go through a medical examination and after that document verification.
