Delhi Mentors of Change Unite for Mentor India 2.0!
A spirit of collaboration filled the air in Delhi on 1st June 2024 as passionate Mentor of Change (MoC) volunteers gathered for a crucial meeting.
This meet was volunteered by the Seven Regional MoCs of Delhi, this session focused on gearing up for the much-anticipated launch of Mentor India 2.0.
The next iteration of the program designed to empower young innovators across India’s Atal Tinkering Labs (ATLs).
Fueling Collaboration Through Shared Experiences
These dedicated MoCs, driven by a desire to empower the next generation, freely contribute their expertise (pro bono) to ignite a passion for STEM education amongst India’s students.
The meeting served as a valuable platform for open discussions, where MoC participants shared their experiences and perspectives.
This “cross-pollination of ideas” fostered a deeper understanding of existing challenges and successful strategies within the program.
Tackling Challenges and Building a Unified Strategy
Moving beyond mere discussion, the MoCs addressed existing bottlenecks within the program.
By brainstorming solutions and identifying areas for improvement, they paved the way for smoother implementation of Mentor India 2.0.
This collaborative effort resulted in a unified approach to navigate the upcoming launch, ensuring a cohesive and impactful rollout across India’s ATL network.

Shubham Gupta from the AIM team further enriched the discussion by presenting the vision behind Mentor India 2.0.
He elaborated on the Atal Sarthi framework, underlining its significance and offering implementation strategies specifically tailored for the Indian context.
