Yuva Sangam in Mumbai

Mumbai, 25th November – Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Mumbai is set to host the 5th phase of the Yuva Sangam, a cultural exchange program, from 26th November to 6th December 2024. Students will exchange their ideas and will Show exemplary talent in Yuva Sangam to be held in Mumbai this week. This exciting initiative, which is part of the Ek Bharat Shreshtha Bharat campaign, aims to promote national integration by fostering a deeper understanding of India’s diverse cultures.

Under this phase of Yuva Sangam, IIM Mumbai, and IIT Bhubaneswar will represent their respective states, Maharashtra and Odisha, and will involve students from these states in various cultural activities. The program will see a delegation from Odisha visiting Mumbai, allowing them to experience Maharashtra’s rich cultural heritage, traditions, and cuisine.

The week-long event will feature a series of cultural interactions, learning sessions, and explorations, including visits to some of Mumbai’s landmark monuments. Participants will also get to savor authentic Maharashtrian cuisine, enhancing their understanding of the state’s culinary traditions.

IIM Mumbai and IIT Bhubaneswar are collaborating closely to ensure the students have an enriching experience. The initiative will foster mutual respect, deepen cultural awareness, and strengthen the bonds between the people of Maharashtra and Odisha, contributing to the larger goal of Ek Bharat Shreshtha Bharat.
