VIBGYOR Group of Schools Appoints Vaibhav Narang as Chief Executive Officer

INDIA, 16th March 2026 – VIBGYOR Group of Schools, India’s leading K–12 education network, appoints VaibhavNarang as its Chief Executive Officer. The appointment underscores the group’s continued focus on strengthening leadership as it advances its mission of delivering holistic, future-ready education across India.

With over 17 years of experience, VaibhavNarang brings deep expertise across banking, fundraising, strategy, and infrastructure. Over the past five years, he has played a key role in shaping the strategic and financial direction of the Ampersand Group, leading strategy and fundraising initiatives across its education and services portfolio. Prior to this, he held senior leadership roles within the Ampersand Group as Senior Vice President and Head – Treasury, Strategy and Chairman’s Office. Earlier in his career, he worked across corporate finance and corporate lending roles with leading renewable energy companies, NBFCs, and banks.

In his new role, VaibhavNarang will lead the strategic and operational direction of VIBGYOR Group of Schools, with a focus on strengthening academic delivery, enhancing institutional capabilities, and supporting the network’s continued expansion. He will work closely with the leadership team and educators to further deepen the group’s commitment to holistic education, drive innovation in learning frameworks, strengthen the overall student and parent experience, reinforcing VIBGYOR’s position as a trusted K–12 education provider in India.
