New Delhi, 11th Dec 2020: The 3-day SHRM India Annual & Tech Conference organised by the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), the world’s largest association devoted to human resource management concluded successfully today. The HR Confluence of 2020 has been an instructive engagement for the participants as well as global HR leaders who pooled in their resources and engaged in insightful deliberations as the world continues to grapple with the changes and new normal brought about by the pandemic that is COVID-19.

The virtual conference and exposition also saw two marquee events in the HR sector coming together to create a joint platform that is focussed on driving a better understanding of the various challenges and present viable solution and technological aids that can help strengthen the practise of HR and their ability to guide and lead organisations through a crisis.

Inaugurated by Achal Khanna, CEO – SHRM India & Business Head – APAC & MENA on 9th December, the conference under the theme “Together Towards Tomorrow” saw over 75 exciting knowledge Sessions on topics such as ‘Leveraging the immersive virtual platform’, ‘Get ahead of the WorkTech curve’ and on topics that focussed on being equipped to be future ready and succeeding with remote teams. Johnny C. Taylor, Jr., SHRM-SCP President & CEO, SHRM; “Tiger” Tyagarajan CEO, Genpact. Dr. Sanjeev Goenka Chairman, RP Sanjiv Goenka Group. Shri Suresh Prabhu Member of Parliament, Government on India. Ramanan Ramanathan Mission Director, Atal Bharat Mission were some prominent speakers at the event.
