National Law School Admission Test (NLSAT) 2024

NLSIU Bangalore has released the notification for the National Law School Admission Test (NLSAT) 2024, scheduled for March 17. The application window is now open at admissions.nls.ac.in, and interested candidates can register until February 24. The exam covers three-year LLB (hons), masters in public policy, PhD (law), and PhD (interdisciplinary) programs for the academic year 2024-25.

The three-year LLB (Hons) is a postgraduate professional degree program open to graduates from all disciplines, serving as a qualifying degree for legal practice. The master’s Program in Public Policy is a two-year interdisciplinary program focused on the intersection of policy and law.

The NLSAT LLB exam is a written admissions test with a single question paper consisting of two parts, A and B. All candidates must attempt both parts, and the exam has a duration of 150 minutes.

The PhD (Law) program allows candidates with a legal background to pursue doctoral work in any domain of law. The PhD (Interdisciplinary) program encourages students from diverse fields, such as social sciences, humanities, engineering, medicine, or interdisciplinary areas, to apply. This program promotes interdisciplinary research combining social sciences, sciences, policy research, and law.
