I can see no limit to the growth of my business and hope to take it global in the coming years with the help of my two excellent partners, who are beacons of entrepreneurship and ethical practice.

I was fortunate several years ago to have an exceptional female boss who empowered and drove a sense of opportunity into her female staff. She instigated a flame of motivation to move beyond the glass ceiling many women face—my upward career trajectory under her mentorship.

Today, I mentor female leads at every opportunity, hoping to pass on some of what I gained and inspire more and more women to break the bias that holds so many of us back.

My best advice to any woman is to find a mentor, someone powerful and inspiring, follow them closely, learn everything you can- take inspiration, then pass it on!
