Jabil Pune Achieves High Employee Rating & Certification
India – February 24, 2025 – Jabil’s ongoing commitment to fostering a positive and engaging workplace culture in Pune has been officially recognized with the Great Place To Work Certification. Awarded by the Great Place To Work Institute, Jabil’s site in Pune achieved an impressive 89% positive rating in the survey, surpassing the national average by 30 points.
The prestigious recognition is based entirely on what current employees say about their experience working at Jabil through a real-time survey spanning 60 questions around workplace culture, employee experience, and leadership behaviors.
