KGBV Jogimpeta Students Embark on Innovation Journey with Atal Tinkering Lab Jogimpeta, Telangana
June 24, 2024: Students at KGBV, Jogimpeta in Seethanagararam Mandal, Manyam District, took a significant step towards a future filled with innovation today. Sunanda Rao, a Regional Mentor for the Atal Innovation Mission (AIM) and a career coach, visited the school to officially launch their newly established Atal Tinkering Lab (ATL).
Ms. Rao, who is also the publisher of the magazine “Career Beacon,” conducted an engaging session for the students. She introduced them to the exciting world of the ATL, explaining the various equipment available and how to utilize them for creative tinkering projects based on the monthly ATL Calendar. Encouraging their entrepreneurial spirit, Ms. Rao also urged the students to participate in the Tinkerpreneur 2024 challenge.
In addition to the ATL orientation, Ms. Rao provided valuable career guidance to the students, exploring various career options they could pursue after graduating from Class X.
The session was graced by the presence of Madam Suryadevadu Mandal, Education Officer, Sitanagaaram, and Ms. Shailja, the ATL Incharge at KGBV, Jogimpeta. Their support and guidance will be instrumental in the success of the ATL program at the school.
