On the 20 May, professionals and organizations worldwide celebrate International Human Resources Day. It is a global recognition of the people whose work makes the HR profession a vital function across all industries.

People come to the HR profession for various reasons and from several different backgrounds. From CEOs and board directors to generalists and students, every HR professional has walked a unique career path and has a unique perspective on HR.
