House of Social: Manchester’s new student living

Delhi, March 2025 – Vita Group is set to redefine student living with the launch of House of Social, a dynamic new accommodation concept designed for students who want a shared living experience that builds friendships. With a focus on food, culture, and accommodation, House of Social offers a first-of-its-kind experience where every resident enjoys equal space and a vibrant social environment with a food hall downstairs.

House of Social offers a variety of room types within shared apartments designed to promote collaboration, independence, and productivity. Residents can choose from 2, 5, or 6-bedroom ‘houses’, each thoughtfully designed to provide equal space and comfort for every occupant. The accommodation includes stylish shared kitchens, bi-weekly housekeeping of communal areas, and access to the 24/7 gym.

Spanning 14,000 sq. ft., the House of Social blends picture-perfect student housing with an exceptional dining experience. The ground floor food hall offers a diverse culinary experience and is designed to bring students together over great food; it will feature five global cuisines serving food throughout the day, including fresh pastries and sandwiches, pizzas, Indian street food, Chinese specialties’, and some British classics.

With a fully digital ordering system and meals delivered straight to the table, HoS offers an easy and social dining experience. The kitchens will open this summer, and everyone in Manchester is welcome to experience its vibrant flavours and dynamic atmosphere.

House of Social is a student house designed differently. It is set to open in September 2025 in Manchester’s First Street neighborhood within walking distance of Manchester’s universities.
